Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is currently recruiting for a Maximo Software Development Analyst in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. This position is contingent upon contract award and can be worked remotely. As a Systems Analyst specializing in Maximo software, you will be pivotal in enhancing our organization's asset management and maintenance operations. You will leverage your proficiency in Maximo, strong technical writing skills, and analytical mindset to translate user requirements into effective technical solutions. Your role will involve creating and maintaining documentation, collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams, and driving process improvements through automation and efficiency enhancements.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document user requirements related to asset management and maintenance processes.
•    Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.

System Design and Specification:
•    Translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications and system designs that align with Maximo software capabilities.
•    Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Documentation and Technical Writing:
•    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, system workflows, user guides, and training materials.
•    Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project statuses effectively.

Collaboration and Coordination:
•    Serve as a liaison between users, stakeholders, and development teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding of requirements.
•    Work closely with developers to ensure that solutions meet documented requirements and are implemented correctly.
