ROLE SUMMARY:

The Master Data Analyst position will be accountable for the overall quality of product master data within NetSuite and other enterprise business applications, abiding by the master data policies. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and has the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position will assist in Data De-Duplication – identification and remediation – and service as the liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and other departments as it relates to maintaining a clear picture into product data
• Ensures master data integrity in NetSuite as well as maintaining the processes to support data quality
• Influence extends to peers and team members, and both local and remote stakeholders
• Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements
• Identifies areas for continuous data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems as encountered
• Work independently to analyze various data sets related to customer invoicing
• Review and Deduplicate Product records in NetSuite
