Summary:

In this role you will, join our MarketPulse team, working to commercialize the largest medical device and pharmaceutical purchase datasets in the U.S. for life science companies and financial services firms. As a MarketPulse Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of our data. Your expertise and work will play an essential role in transforming MarketPulse’s data to meet customers' needs for reliable data quality and delivery as well as actionable insights via programming solutions and optimized database designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procedures that guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data.

• Establish and oversee comprehensive data management processes that align with industry standards and best practices.

• Design, implement, and maintain robust database structure that meets the evolving needs of the business while optimizing for performance and scalability.

• Play a critical role in quickly and reliably addressing customer requests, ensuring that data-driven solutions are delivered promptly and effectively.

• Translate data into actionable and efficient customer insights via programming solutions.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience required.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to quickly and effectively respond to customer requests, understanding the essential importance of timely and accurate solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience as a Database Engineer, Data Architect, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of data management and database design principles.

• Proven experience with data quality governance, including monitoring and ensuring consistency and integrity, and data integration and data processing.

• Command of SQL and other relevant programming languages.

• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.
