Position:  Marketplaces Operations Specialist

POSITION DESCRIPTION

You will be reporting to the Director of Marketplace Operations and collaborating with brand managers to drive results and success for all brand partners. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Marketplace Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and optimization of our brand partners’ marketplace presence, embodying our company's commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• You will be responsible for the creation and upload of new product listings on Marketplaces such as Amazon Seller, Amazon Vendor, and Walmart Seller.
• You will provide subject matter expertise on content optimization to brand partners and cross-functional teams, helping to maintain best in class content execution .
• You will assess existing processes and create SOPs for greater speed/efficiency or training opportunities for other team members.
• You will drive meticulous attention to detail in product metadata management, ensuring accurate and timely upload of images and videos, both manually and via file-feeds.
• You will support the execution and tracking of promotional activities and deals, ensuring accurate implementation and performance monitoring to maximize ROI.
• You will take ownership of troubleshooting and case management, diligently managing support cases and tickets related to listing issues, shipment delays, and other marketplace-related problems.
• You will collaborate closely with the Brand Management team to create and manage brand partner shipments, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all shipment details.
• You will maintain open and transparent communication with internal MindgruveMacarta teams, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• You will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, supporting other tasks and projects as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the company.

REQUISITES:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central. 
• Walmart (WFS) & Target experience is a plus
• Strong MS Excel competency
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven track-record of ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, able to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to shine in a results-driven environment.
• Understanding of the critical growth factors that influence success on Marketplaces.
• Innovative problem-solver and self-starter who enjoys constantly learning to adapt to the ever-changing environment of Amazon and other Marketplaces.

COMPENSATION

• $60K - $70K
• Annual Bonus: TBD

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky and Denver, Colorado.
