Your role:

HopSkipDrive is seeking a Marketplace Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth of our business.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the creation and the continuous improvement of operational reports, data visualizations and analysis
  • Maintain our team internal reporting ecosystem
  • Identify data cleanliness issues and help to remedy going forward
  • Support market managers in market deep dives and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketplace operations 
  • Optimize efficiency of trips on the platform: route efficiency evaluations, region mapping improvements, etc
  • Review current operations processes and suggest improvements to streamline internal operations

What you'll need:

  • An A+ player who is building a challenging and rewarding career
  • 2+ years experience managing data sets and generating actionable recommendations
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a “no job too small or challenge too big” attitude
  • A natural problem solver that loves to find the answer to complex problems
  • A drive to understand the core issues of a problem along with the determination to uncover the solution
  • You are an experienced Excel and Google Sheets user: manage data sets, track formulas to find points of error and upkeep existing reports
  • You are familiar and comfortable with business intelligence and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
