Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Business Product Marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in tradeshow customer experiences, web-based projects, product packaging, and more. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, excellent task-tracking abilities, and strong critical thinking skills with experience in B2B marketing. This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 3 days a week in our San Jose HQ.
Key Responsibilities
Tradeshow and Event Organization: Plan and execute details for tradeshows and events worldwide, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Web-based Marketing Projects: Create and maintain tickets (Jira) for non-NPI (New Product Introduction) based requests, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
Product Packaging Coordination: Oversee the development of business product packaging, ensuring designs meet brand standards and project timelines.
Marketing-Finance Administration: Generate and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.
Coordination of Giveaways and Printed Collateral: Organize and lead the distribution of promotional giveaways and printed materials for marketing campaigns and events.
Digital Marketing Asset Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate the creation and dissemination of digital marketing assets across various platforms.
Sales Enablement Support: Assist the sales team by coordinating the shipment of demo units and other materials necessary for sales presentations and demonstrations.
Travel: As a part of an international company, travel up to 25% is needed for tradeshows, events, and other business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in issue-tracking software and general purchase order systems is desired.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be fluent in English.
