We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in executing high-impact campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This role works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborates across departments including Sales and Operations to help bring our brand to life across digital and physical channels.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually

Responsibilities: These requirements/functions may change throughout employment. 

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies, campaign tactics, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update the company websites and support marketing technology initiatives (e.g., automation, CRM integration, data management).
  • Compile and analyze digital metrics, including conversion data, funnel analysis, customer journeys, and engagement trends to support strategy development.
  • Coordinate and create marketing and advertising collateral, including print and digital assets.
  • Support the Sales team with lead generation efforts and the development of tools to improve selling effectiveness.
  • Assist in designing and scheduling email & social marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Manage the content calendar and contribute to content creation for multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Execute the social media strategy by scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Help plan and participate in marketing events such as trade shows, venue visits, and workshops.
  • Support KPI tracking and campaign ROI reporting by preparing reports and dashboards for leadership, Sales, and Operations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital filing systems and brand assets.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on geotargeted and integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal league bowling and retail bowling promotions.
  • Assist in managing online reputation by responding to customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
  • Be flexible and available to support events or campaign execution during evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of related marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Time management and organizational skills for juggling multiple tasks and projects
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically focused on email and social media communications.
  • A proven track record for marketing
  • Experience in brand creation and management
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing, content creation, and digital campaign execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Proficient in Canva (Adobe Suites is a plus)
  • Proficient in Monday Board or another marketing project management tool
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, with a focus on email campaigns, social media, workflows and reporting.
  • Web development and design experience on WordPress sites, preferably multisite
  • Experience developing and managing the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns (organic and paid) on Google and Social Media channels.
  • Understanding and execution of online response and reviews (Google, Yelp, Facebook and more)
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to company locations, industry expos, and conferences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating accountability, time management, and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.  
  • Experience in bowling and/or hospitality industry a plus

  401k Information: You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year.
