What you will accomplish together with us:
- This position involves collaboration with global marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies in the Americas region.
- Design, adapt, and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategies. Utilize digital platforms, industry events, and sales initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
- Plan and manage both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful event delivery.
- Serve as the brand ambassador for the region, ensuring that all regionalized marketing materials and activities consistently adhere to corporate brand guidelines and standards.
- Prepare reports on performance, engagement, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful project execution.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
What will convince us:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or Associate's degree with equivalent marketing experience, typically evidenced by 5+ years.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and campaign execution. Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and business analytics (typically evidenced by 2+ years' experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
- Required bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 1+ year(s) experience with event planning and execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and open to change, with the ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and evolving project needs.
- Regional travel as required, approximately 20-25% (including Mexico and Latin America).

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $29.00 and $40.00 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications.
