About the Role:

If you’re a collaborative and ambitious project manager with a passion for growth marketing, this role is for you. We are a fast-growing Series C startup looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across paid and owned marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with experience managing performance marketing campaigns, overseeing creative testing loops, and streamlining processes to move the needle on key growth metrics.

As a business, we are scaling our marketing efforts with a sharp focus on paid media performance, owned channel optimization, and continuous testing to drive impact. We need a strong project manager who can bring structure to our fast-paced growth marketing initiatives, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and data-driven decision-making across the team.

Your days will be filled with managing ad testing loops, driving execution on key growth marketing projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You’ll play a critical role in streamlining incoming requests, ensuring alignment across initiatives, and keeping efforts focused on high-impact opportunities. From managing agency relationships to overseeing special growth initiatives, you’ll help maintain momentum and efficiency across the team.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, Marketing. While the role is fully remote, the ideal candidate is located in the Eastern Time Zone to align with our team members in London and North America.

About you

You are a master of organization who thrives in fast-moving environments. You excel at bringing structure to complex initiatives and ensuring smooth execution across teams. You have experience managing growth marketing projects and understand the nuances of performance and owned marketing. You’re highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. Your coworkers know you as someone who brings order and vibes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage special projects & initiatives – Lead the execution of special projects such as growth marketing campaigns and new channel explorations.
  • Manage creative ad testing loops – Own the process and execution of ad creative testing to drive continuous performance improvements across paid marketing channels.
  • Streamline and oversee requests – Maintain visibility across all growth marketing initiatives, preventing duplicative efforts and ensuring a cohesive, strategic approach that aligns with team roadmaps and OKRs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Growth Marketing, Brand, Design, Copy, Legal/Compliance, etc.) to drive the execution of product marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-CRM content production requirements – Work across CRM, Prompts, and Notifications squads to build processes that ensure timely and effective content production for CRM-driven growth initiatives.
  • Manage growth marketing engineering sprints – Coordinate sprint execution, ensuring timely delivery of engineering tasks that support growth marketing efforts.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of project management experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within a fast-paced tech startup environment.
  • Experience managing paid and owned marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance optimization and testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrable success in maximizing efficiency, driving impact, and aligning teams to execute high-quality growth marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrable success at maximizing efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to engage and work with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management (semi-obviously).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You’re known for getting sh*t done.
  • Solid experience with project management software tools (ClickUp is our tool of choice).
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry (eg healthtech, fintech or insurtech) with a solid understanding of the legal and compliance impact on marketing operations is a plus.
