What you will be doing:

  • Supporting two large utility client accounts  
  • Assisting the Marketing Project Manager in financial report aggregation and analysis.  
  • Participating in monthly forecasting and accruals tasks. 
  • Participate in budget planning and financial review meetings to track the overall health of agency. 
  • Communicating with account, creative, and media teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and proper time entry. 
  • Assisting in the development of subcontracts with vendors and learn the internal processes for various types of contracts. 
  • Developing new processes and tools to track bandwidth and resources, resulting in better work allocation across the project and teams. 

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing Degree  (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 2+ years of work experience in marketing or finance, particularly experience working in with overall pricing, budgeting, and tracking or related work experience 

What we would like you to have:

  • Experience working in an advertising agency and/or on a marketing account.  
  • Experience working in a multi-tasking environment. 
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. 
  • Analytical thinker with a positive attitude who enjoys a challenge and finding solutions within the numbers. 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. 
  • Experience in financial management and ability to effectively leverage and maximize a marketing budget. Working knowledge of computer and online tools, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$39,435.00 - $67,040.00
