Position SummaryArcesium seeks a talented Marketing Programs Lead to join our Demand Generation team in Client and Partner Development. This role will be instrumental in the development and execution of Arcesium’s demand generation programs.
Responsibilities- With support from the Senior Marketing Programs Manager, own ABM/ABX playbooks, including developing, running, and calibrating end-to-end campaigns (e.g., from creating the email draft to producing the email performance report) across several marketing channels
- Support creating personalized 1x1 and 1xMany ABM campaigns using systems like Groove/HubSpot Sequences, and contribute to other demand generation initiatives as required
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and calibrate ABM programs, including targeting challenges key personas face, ensuring all key personas are included in relevant campaigns, and creating new or adapting existing marketing initiatives to meet needs of targeted accounts
- Introduce comprehensive testing practices that include a wide variety of different elements, approaches, and media as part of campaign activities
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure tracking is in place to measure campaign performance, ABM program progress, and overall marketing channel performance
- Manage campaign workflow, cadence, priority and publish/maintain Marketing Calendar of planned initiatives, projects and deliverables
- Ensure all incoming leads/opportunities are assigned to a disposition and attached to an account, and existing contacts have an accurate disposition
- Partner with Corporate and Product Marketing teams to create compelling and unified messaging for email and social media campaigns, aligning with sales initiatives and the ABM strategy
