Join the Alludo team as a Marketing Operations Specialist! We're on the hunt for a talented individual with expertise in Adobe’s Marketo Engage platform to take on an exciting 2-year maternity leave contract, with the potential for a one-year extension.
We welcome fully remote candidates available for 20 hours/week during Central European Time or on-site at our offices in Malta, Frankfurt, or Schaffhausen.
You will be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of global B2B marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines a blend of technical proficiency, marketing know-how, and the ability to manage and optimize complex workflows. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, efficient campaign operations that align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, webinars, forms, segmentation, and dynamic content.
- Manage end-to-end campaign data flows for campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Develop and optimize multi-touch nurture programs to engage prospects throughout the B2B sales cycle, driving value at each stage of the customer journey.
- Support webinars and live events, managing setup, email promotion, attendee tracking, list import, and post-event follow-ups.
- Analyze campaign performance, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align with business goals.
- Document and maintain playbooks, workflows, and roadmaps to support and standardize campaign operations processes.
- Contribute to process improvement, share expertise, and support training initiatives within the Marketing Operations team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketo Engage power user, with proven ability to design and execute complex campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing, automation workflows, and integrated platforms, Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with work management tools, Asana preferred.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a commitment to detail and accuracy.
- Bias for automation and efficiency, leveraging technology to scale marketing operations.
- Organizational skills with the ability to focus on details while handling a high workload.
