As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Restaurant365, you'll be a key player in keeping things running smoothly while helping our marketing team level up for long-term growth. You'll make sure current processes stay efficient, while also building scalable systems to support our expansion. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and the rest of the team, you’ll tackle daily tasks, streamline workflows, and refine processes to drive success. How you'll add value:
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for more scalable processes and solutions within the marketing operations team to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall marketing strategy.
- Ticket Management: Use Monday.com to efficiently manage and prioritize incoming tickets from the marketing team, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of tasks.
- Data Integration & Management: Leverage Ringlead to upload and clean data from tradeshows attended by our Sales Reps, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact lists for our campaigns.
- Platform Alerts Management: Assist in managing in-product alerts via Pendo, ensuring timely and accurate notifications to support customer engagement efforts.
- Reporting & Insights: Support the team by creating ad hoc Salesforce reports that help optimize marketing processes and improve overall campaign execution.
- Support MOPS Team: Collaborate with other members of the marketing operations team, providing support when they need help managing high-priority projects or heavy workloads.
- UTM Tracking: Keep our UTM tracking sheet up to date, ensuring that it aligns with all active marketing channels and provides accurate tracking data for performance analysis.
- Email Calendar Management – Support the Marketing Operations Developer in the execution and scheduling of Marketing emails each month.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing operations, coordination, or project management role. Experience with tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, and Pendo is a plus, but not required.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: You’re passionate about finding ways to optimize processes, reduce friction, and improve efficiency across the marketing team.
- Attention to Detail: You excel in environments where attention to detail is key, proactively ensuring accuracy and precision in every task and striving for flawless results.
- Team Player: You work well with others, are eager to collaborate, and are willing to step in to support the team when needed.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You’re always looking for ways to improve workflows and solve challenges that make the team more effective.
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
- This position has a salary range of $70,000-$98,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
