The kind of person we’re looking for:
If you are someone who is interested in starting a career in growth marketing, this is the role for you. This person will have a direct impact on our ability to engage with prospects and nurture marketing generated leads before handing them over to our Sales Development or Field Sales Teams.
The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:
- Using live chat on the Qualified platform to “pounce” on leads active on the website in real time who have come from organic, paid and email channels. This person will engage in live chat with high-engagement and high-intent website visitors to proactively qualify and book meetings with a warm handoff to the SDR or field sales team for discovery.
- Assist in executing lead management processes for events and webinars (responsible for uploading leads into Salesforce, making sure all the required data fields are filled out, they go into the right campaigns, setting the correct response types, etc.)
- Manage and enhance the lead and prospect management process between Marketing, SMB, and SDR, making sure any leads not automatically routed get assigned quickly; managing the manual round-robin for open territories
- Collaborate with SDR and Field Sales teams to monitor assigned leads are being worked, triage to make sure leads do not grow cold. Ensure Marketing, SDR, and Field Sales SLAs are met
- Continuously refine lead management activities to enhance the lead journey, leveraging data on lead behavior and conversion trends
- Enrich data on leads using platforms ZoomInfo and Breeze Intelligence, adding remaining required information through manual research
- Monitoring data quality in marketing automation platform, enabling accurate lead routing
Impact:
- Increase speed to lead, and reduce ghosting by booking meetings immediately, no lag from submitting a form, waiting for a response and a back and forth coordinating calendars (Expected 12-15% increase in MQL to SQL conversion)
- Improve SDR efficiency – with no gaps in data they can personalize their outreach strategy leading to more effective sequences and success in booking meetings
The kind of skills/experience you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in an entry level marketing role, or a BDR, or SDR role.
- BS or BA degree in an accredited four-year institution
- Demonstrated interest in a career in marketing
- Passionate, motivated and driven to exceed goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities
Extra stuff that would be nice:
Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, and Qualified
Reports To: Marketing Automation & Engineering Manager
Salary range: $65k - $70k
