As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will utilize your professional data analytics and process management experience to drive marketing team improvements, align marketing initiatives with business objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Work tasks are diverse and performed within the scope of company policies and procedures.  Independent judgment in day-to-day work activities and decisions, results are reviewed by the Content Manager.  The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong focus on processes and data reporting, strategic problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Support the marketing team by optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes, technology, and metrics

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions

  • Gather and distribute information from various teams for smooth cross-functional operations  

  • Assist with the management and implementing improvements in marketing technology platforms

  • Develop and optimize lead scoring and nurturing processes

  • Research and apply best practices in marketing operations

  • Collect data, analyze, and streamline processes for paid advertising, Google Analytics, SEO, blogging, Salesforce CRM, sales funnel, and other marketing department goals

  • Demonstrate the value of marketing efforts with regular reporting

Who you are:

  • 2 – 4 Years of experience with marketing, analytics, and automation technologies.

  • A strong background in data analytics, data management, and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency

  • Strong writing skills, with an ability to clearly and concisely explain technical and non-technical concepts through written documents and visual presentations

  • Skilled at conducting marketing research and the ability to present and explain data

  • Skilled in critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving

  • Highly developed organizational and project management skills to manage simultaneous tasks and multiple deadlines

  • Skilled at developing effective working relationships at all levels in the organization

  • Skilled at collaborating with diverse groups and team-building

  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, Marketing Research

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs)

  • Ability to operate office equipment, including but not limited to computer, fax, copier, and telephone system

Nice-to-have experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a directly related field from an accredited college/university preferred

  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Semrush

  • Google Data Analytics Certification

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)

  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint and the ability to design, organize, and manage the Marketing site

  • HTML experience preferred, but not required

This role typically starts at an annual salary of $64,000.00 - $68,000.00

Physical Demands:

  • Requires sitting or standing for extended periods

  • Extensive use of a computer and repetitive hand movements in the performance of duties

  • Occasional lifting and carrying of material weighing up to 20lbs may be required
