The Marketing Operations Associate plays an integral role in accelerating marketing and sales activity at PayNearMe. This person will help drive growth by assisting in lead generation and nurturing, email marketing, data hygiene support and various outreach activities. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally analytical, detailed oriented, and research driven, finding smarter ways to accomplish goals with various marketing tools at their disposal.  The candidate will support marketing and sales to execute campaigns, emails, landing pages and associated workflows. 

Job Description

  • Maintaining and implementing data hygiene best practices to improve data quality between our CRM, marketing and sales platforms
  • Sourcing new contacts and companies through various channels (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google search, Facebook, etc.) 
  • Ensuring data cleanliness from leads acquired from tradeshows and other sources
  • Assisting email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing and deployment
  • Updating and creating reports in Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, etc.
  • Increasing team and operational efficiency by driving process and documentation improvements
  • Assist with lead and revenue reporting to key stakeholders
  • Ensuring appropriate data is captured in Salesforce and other system of record tools between sales and marketing
  • Working with various stakeholders to launch and execute marketing campaigns
  • Leveraging AI and various tools to automate for increased efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (Outreach preferred)
  • Experience with researching and sourcing new prospects with our data vendors (ZoomInfo and SalesIntel preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and other BI tools
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • A data-driven and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly is a must
