About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand presence and driving engagement with higher education clients. This role combines strategic planning, content creation, and campaign execution to elevate the company’s visibility in the competitive ed-tech market. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams currently in the UK to create impactful marketing strategies tailored to higher education institutions, with a key focus around event management and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital, content, and social media marketing.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content such as whitepapers, blogs, and case studies to engage the target audience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs, refining strategies as needed.
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of events, including webinars, industry conferences, and virtual showcases.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to improve outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and client engagement initiatives.
About You
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in ed-tech, SaaS, or higher education-related fields.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing strategies.
