Who You Are
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Enablement/Marketing Manager to join our team. You’re a proactive marketer with a passion for the AdTech industry, a deep understanding of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and contextual advertising, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between marketing and sales.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving sales effectiveness and marketing impact, creating strategies that fuel success across the sales funnel. From crafting compelling content to executing high-impact campaigns, you’ll take ownership of initiatives that empower our sales team with the tools, knowledge, and insights they need to excel.

What You Will Do
Craft Compelling Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain a suite of sales materials, including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and product sheets. Ensure all collateral is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand voice
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product and marketing teams to design targeted messaging and tailor content to support every stage of the sales funnel
Create Engaging Content: Drive the development of high-value content, such as blog posts, social media updates, webinars, and email campaigns, that resonates with our audience and drives engagement
Lead Event Strategy and Execution: Manage end-to-end event planning, from strategic selection to seamless execution, ensuring events drive measurable business growth
Ensure Team Alignment: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to goals, strategies, and messaging
Turn Success into Stories: Identify standout campaigns, develop impactful case studies, and share insights to inspire future efforts
Analyze and Report Performance: Deliver regular, data-driven reports to senior management, showcasing key sales and marketing performance metrics and actionable insights
Requirements
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in B2B and/or product marketing within AdTech
Sales Enablement Mastery: Proven experience creating impactful sales presentations, one-sheets, and other materials while working closely with sales teams
Marketing Strategy Experience: Expertise in designing and executing marketing campaigns, backed by strong market research and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Project Management Excellence: The ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results
Content Marketing Know-How: Proficiency in email marketing, blogging, webinars, and other content-driven strategies
Global Perspective: Experience working in EMEA markets and tailoring strategies for diverse audiences is a plus!
Tech-Savviness: Advanced knowledge of Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs to support seamless collaboration and execution
Language Fluency: Native-level proficiency in English
Bonus Points
Deep knowledge of the supply landscape, including Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), to inform strategic campaigns and initiatives.

The annual on-target-earning (OTE) salary range for this position is USD 95k-110k. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
