Marketing Manager, Professional Services

Olo is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will partner with restaurant brands using the Olo Engage platform to lead strategy and oversee the execution of their CRM and loyalty programs, ultimately driving increased guest lifetime value, frequency, and revenue. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team of leading performance marketers, serving as a trusted resource to prominent brands in the restaurant and food service sector.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in designing, managing, and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results across the digital landscape. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of MarTech tools, including Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Engagement tools (customer feedback and reputation management), and Loyalty/Offer Management systems. A data-first mentality and experience managing large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights are crucial.
You will report to the Associate Director of Marketing, Professional Services, collaborating with multiple business partners to support our customers.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and pitch CRM and loyalty marketing strategies utilizing your expertise in the Olo Engage product suite and industry experience.
  • Advise brands on impactful marketing tactics, developing, testing, measuring, and optimizing.
  • Enhance the digital guest experience for partners by creating sophisticated journeys that leverage incentives and communication channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Identify high-value audience segments for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Create and share reports that help brand partners understand the value of Olo Engage and their marketing tactics.
  • Project manage customer collaborations and marketing activities for multiple brands.

What We'll Expect From You

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with MarTech SaaS products (experience with tools like Olo Engage, Iterable, Braze, Sendgrid, or Twilio Segment is a plus).
  • A natural leader who develops creative solutions to solve complex problems and deliver results. A passionate, self-starter who is solution-oriented.
  • Enthusiasm for SaaS, championing the value of advanced technology for marketers, and sharing this passion with the restaurant community.
  • Data-driven mindset, actively seeking data to inform decisions and confidently speaking to it.
  • Polished, detail-oriented, and strategic customer resource at all times.
