- Develop and execute the outbound marketing strategy to support critical business messaging efforts for small businesses.
- Help set the business marketing strategy and go-to-market activations for Meta business messaging products to small businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product marketing, creative, comms and others to scale work via marketing moments, campaigns and channels to reach relevant audiences and markets.
- Develop marketing materials to educate, inspire and enable customers and the industry on Meta’s business messaging solutions.
- Create campaigns to inspire, educate and generate new business on innovative ways to use Facebook’s business messaging products to achieve their specific business objectives.
- Ensure that internal teams fully understand the value and nuances of Meta’s business messaging tools.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
- Bachelor's in Market Research, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
- 1. Digital marketing, communication technology, or advertising working with global brands or agencies
- 2. Balancing multiple projects in a highly cross-functional organization
- 3. Adapting marketing materials based on data and insights
- 4. Collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners and prioritizing work against goals and deadlines
- 5. Acquiring new customers or driving key actions through marketing collateral
- 6. Launching or driving adoption of products, and demonstrating knowledge of customer needs, AND
- 7. Digital marketing channels, including Email, Facebook Ads, Display, or Onsite Merchandising.
