Position Summary
The Marketing Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for optimizing the full member journey—from activation to retention. This role will focus on data-driven decision-making, ensuring that lifecycle campaigns are optimized to drive engagement, conversion, and long-term retention. The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, with the ability to transform data insights into action by refining segmentation, messaging, and journey automation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Member Journey Optimization: Strategically map and manage the end-to-end member journey, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience at every touchpoint. Continuously analyze and refine the journey to identify gaps, optimize interactions, and enhance member engagement. Based on data analysis, strategize and develop retention campaigns to drive long-term engagement.
Performance & Data Analysis: Lead data analysis and reporting on campaign performance and member engagement, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
Segmentation & Targeting: Oversee segmentation strategies to enhance targeting efforts, ensuring that messaging aligns with member needs.
Automation & Personalization: Work closely with the Marketing Operations Specialist to build and refine automated workflows, ensuring that marketing efforts are personalized and efficient. Leverage AI to enhance efficiency, automation, and content creation.
Digital Marketing Ownership: To include developing and executing SEO strategy, setting up and maintaining digital ads, etc.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align product marketing efforts with lifecycle stages and audience insights, partnering with content, product, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in marketing lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Looker Studios)
Strong understanding of email, SMS, and push notification marketing strategies
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and segmentation tools
Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to work cross-functionally to implement optimizations
