Marketing Lead, US and Canada - Canada - Remote

Full-time, permanent position. The role is based in Canada and the company works remotely. 

We are looking for a talented and motivated generalist marketeer to join our international marketing team to lead the way in the US and Canada.

Salary: $100 - $110k (CAD) (depending on experience), plus profit share.

We carry out a three-stage, interactive interview process to get to know you and your skills. One stage will involve completing a short activity, no preparation is required. Interview expenses will be reimbursed.

Working closely with international cross-functional teams, the Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in creating and implementing the marketing strategy and plans, executing campaigns, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement. • Strategy and planning: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals.
• Event Planning and Management: Expertise in organizing, promoting, and running events such as webinars, trade shows, and networking events. 
• Content Creation: Proficient in producing engaging content that resonates with the target audience for a range of media. 
• Brand Management: Maintain and develop the risr/ brand image consistently across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Social Media Management: Skills in managing social media platforms, planning content calendars, engaging with followers, and running social media campaigns.
