Responsibilitiesπ― Social Media Management
Manage and oversee Rundoo's social media presence across Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram. π±
Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored to each platform. βοΈ
Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimize performance. π
ποΈ Content Creation and Optimization
Create, curate, and edit compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and collaterals. π₯πΌοΈ
Ensure all content aligns with Rundooβs brand voice, messaging, and target audience. π‘
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content creation. π€
π Campaign Development and Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. π
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement. π
π¬ Community Engagement
Foster engagement with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. π¨οΈ
Build relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to amplify Rundoo's reach. π
π Analytics and Reporting
Track and report on key performance metrics for social media and marketing campaigns. π
Use analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement. π
β¨ Marketing Strategy Support
Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies and goals. π§
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform decision-making. π
Support additional marketing initiatives as needed, including email campaigns, partnerships, and events. π§π

Ensure all marketing materials and content maintain a cohesive and professional brand image. π¨

π Education
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
πΌ Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Strong portfolio of content creation, including posts, graphics, and videos.
π§ Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform best practices.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
