Position Overview

The Autodesk Growth Marketing team is looking for a accomplished communications professional who will help us market our marketing through our team and across Autodesk! You will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring communication strategies that align with our strategic business goals. You are enthusiastic, curious and creative thinker with an understanding of marketing principles and a passion for storytelling, content creation, and strategic communication. You enjoy partnering across organizations and teams and are willing to help diverse projects communicate their wins. This role is fully remote and will report directly to the Autodesk Growth Marketing Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with Autodesk Growth Marketing objectives
• Produce high-quality, compelling content that resonates with our target audience and promotes team engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Manage internal communications, including newsletters, intranet, all hands, and corporate announcements
• Monitor, analyze, and report on communication campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform communication strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
• Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and presentations for senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques, including digital and social media
• Interested in working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms
• Solid team player, interested in improving and supporting their peers
