LivaNova Neuromodulation:
As pioneers of the VNS (Vagus Nerve Stimulation) Therapy® system, LivaNova continues to advance medical device solutions for patients affected by Drug-Resistant Epilepsy (DRE) and Difficult-to-Treat Depression (DTD). There are 3 million people in the U.S. alone and one on three people with epilepsy are drug resistant. People with severe seizures have, on average, a shorter life expectancy and an increased risk of cognitive impairment particularly if the seizures developed in early childhood. VNS Therapy for DRE is delivered through a device that sends mild pulses to the vagus nerve at regular intervals throughout the day in an effort to prevent seizures.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. In this entry-level role you will have a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience working on campaigns and various projects with our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide support for digital marketing efforts.
2. Support the team in preparing and executing marketing campaigns.
3. Assist in the development and execution of social media content and email automation/content.
4. Conduct research and gather inspiration to contribute to the ideation process and help generate creative ideas.
5. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.
6. Take feedback from the team and apply it to improve concepts and executions.
7. Complete other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree.
2. Prior marketing work or internship experience a plus.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and other content creation tools.
4. Ability to work with minimal to moderate supervision.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Basic knowledge of digital design best practices and file formats.
