Job Summary

PatientPoint is looking for a Marketing Director, Life Sciences who will create and execute integrated marketing communications plans to engage life science prospects and current clients. You must have a strong background in digital marketing, media buying, SEO/SEM to generate significant demand for the business; experience leveraging marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. You will be responsible for successfully creating the business unit’s marketing strategy and overseeing its execution for its entire portfolio of offerings. You will design and direct multi-channel campaigns, programs and other initiatives that drive awareness of the point-of-care channel and optimize brand value. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing and equipping sales teams with marketing resources that help generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

What You'll Do 

  • Manage marketing programs aligned to lead generation efforts, ensuring strategies support revenue growth targets
  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring marketing programs engage key audience segments
  • Execute creative brand campaigns to drive greater awareness of PatientPoint in the market.
  • Report on marketing and campaign progress weekly and monthly.
  • Leverage new and emerging marketing technologies including AI tools and ABM platforms to optimize marketing efforts and drive efficiencies
  • Drive alignment with business leaders on marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of the target audience and buying process
  • Leverage a wealth of campaign knowledge to select the right channels, design the right touchpoints and the deliver the right messages to prospects and clients
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs; create resources and presentations for key use cases
  • Communicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on content creation and SEO efforts, ensuring keywords are identified and leveraged across all content.
  • Liaison with product team to gain full understanding of product roadmap and resulting marketing and sales enablement needs

 What We Need

  • 7-10 years of direct experience in marketing or communications within a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Professional Writing or relevant field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills
  • Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management

 

Base Salary Band: $99,000.00 - $156,250.00
Corporate Bonus Potential up to 10%
