The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build systems and processes, support field events and online programming, and help develop impactful social media campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience across various facets of marketing, collaborate with multiple teams, and have a significant impact on our brand and events presence.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Event Coordination:
    • Support planning, logistics, and execution of in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, virtual summits, and field events.
    • Communicate with customers, prospects, and various Simpplr stakeholders to coordinate presentations and travel logistics 
    • Manage vendor relationships, source and order branded swag, and oversee post-event follow-up communications.
    • Travel to support on-site event execution as needed, around 20%.
  • Marketing Operations:
    • Assist in building and refining marketing processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Help manage marketing tools, track performance metrics, and ensure data accuracy in systems such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative Campaign Development:
    • Collaborate with the team to craft engaging email nurture campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention.
    • Work on creative projects that include sourcing and managing branded materials, such as swag and digital assets.
    • Develop ideas for unique and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
