What You’ll Do:
- Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data standards.
- Prepare data for CRM imports, including cleaning, validating, and formatting records.
- Identify and resolve deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality data.
- Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
- Assist with special projects, particularly those involving cleaning and validating large datasets with precision.
- Utilize available tools to manage workload and meet deadlines consistently.
- Validate and update existing records to ensure data integrity and standardization.
- Research and resolve potential duplicate records while adhering to naming and address conventions.
- Demonstrate strong research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
- Show initiative by working independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
- Develop and maintain individual plans and goals that align with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with a reliable internet connection.
- Proven ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, functions, formulas, and macros.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and retain information effectively.
- Experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Creative, collaborative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and work effectively across teams and departments.
