Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Global Marketing Communications Leader with a proven track record in digital marketing, customer engagement, and content creation. The MarCom Leader will spearhead marketing communications for our SEI business, collaborating closely with product marketing and regional teams to advance our strategic objectives. We are looking for a pragmatic thinker with a strong focus on execution, capable of driving marketing initiatives that align with our strategic business goals.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing communication plan that supports SEI’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee implementation of global marketing tactics, including digital campaigns, event marketing, and lead generation in collaboration with product and field marketing focused on the global Enterprise Imaging vison.
  • Develop and execute overarching content strategies including the creation thought leadership materials.
  • Manage compliance with legal and regulatory standards for all marketing content.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns against KPIs and ROI.
  • Own the logistics and strategy for tradeshows and events, partnering with vendors and internal cross-organization teams to execute best-in-class engagements.
  • Analyze event performance to optimize lead generation and sales impact.
  • Direct our SEI digital strategy execution across web, video and social channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Uphold brand integrity and ensure cohesive marketing messaging across channels and assets.
  • Establish relationships and networks across the wider GE HealthCare organization representing SEI and ensuring the integration of SEI needs in Public Relations and Internal GEHC Communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, including expertise in social media, digital campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Previous exposure to a Healthcare B2B commercial setting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with a solutions-oriented approach.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the HealthCare IT market and an enterprise background.
  • Extensive B2B marketing experience, particularly in complex buying environments.
