About the Role:We seek a highly skilled, collaborative and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join us at Outreach. As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for orchestrating marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand and customer engagement, in support of our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Directly support the New Logo, Customer Expansion, Customer Adoption campaign managers to develop and coordinate strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets
- Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Ensure campaign are delivered on time, within budget and achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compelling campaign content across the buyer’s journey as well as the promotional strategy leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels
- Partner with campaign managers on priorities, execution, results and follow up
- Manage campaigntimelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
- Leverage project management tools to ensure cross team execution stays on track
- Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders,highlighting the key findings and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for campaign
- Assist with lead gen and nurturing programs that support and are aligned with campaign strategy and sales priorities
Our Vision of You:
- 2+ years as a campaign specialist or a similar role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and paid, owned and earned channels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of marketing technology systems for campaign execution and lead management
