Job Description:

DTN is looking for an energetic, curious, data driven, B2B marketing Campaign Specialist. Reporting to our Global Performance Marketing Leader, campaign specialists help plan and implement measurable and effective sales enablement and demand marketing programs to achieve DTN business objectives.

Applying a strategic approach and best practices to each program or campaign, the specialist taps into their own skill set, as well as the marketing team/marketing centers of excellence (CoEs) to create the tactics and measurement that drive campaign performance and results. Working with our in-house creative and digital teams this role includes responsibility for campaign plans, creative briefs, project management and setting/reporting on key campaign metrics.

The ideal candidate will bring some flair to B2B marketing initiatives and be proactively engaged with the marketplaces and spaces where DTN operates. An ability to operate in a complex business environment and seamlessly adapt to balance business need with opportunity and process is necessary for success.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and project managing tactical plans for driving a specific marketing outcome – awareness, sales enablement, demand gen, customer upsell, retention or win-back.
  • Developing campaign plans and creative briefs with clear demand goals and benefit-centric key messaging to help activate and align marketing COEs.
  • Identifying ways to optimize content strategies through a variety of channels.
  • Using data and metrics to report on campaign outcomes.
  • Creating and continuously managing solution- and industry-specific sales enablement assets.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Capability of managing multiple, simultaneous programs and integrated campaigns.
  • Demonstrated organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Cross functional skills in campaign planning, sales enablement and program reporting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed business environment.
  • Confident communicator, able to effectively and quickly build trusted relationships within an organization.
