As a member of Okta’s Global Marketing Automation team, you’ll help drive integrated marketing automation best practices throughout multiple types of marketing campaigns, build and define target audience lists, determine personalization strategies, launch emails and build campaigns. You will work on this day to day at the prospect level individually as well as at tiered account levels. 

The Marketing Automation Specialist 

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support and execute integrated demand generation programs. In this role you will work on regional marketing and account-based marketing projects that generate net new names and move leads through the funnel directly supporting field marketing pipeline goals.

You will work closely with regional marketers and sales development teams by utilizing our martech stack, like Marketo, SFDC, Folloze, 6sense and others to streamline marketing efforts and make them more effective.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Working closely with regional marketing teams to deliver highly effective lead generation, event, and demand generation programs. 
  • Coordinating the execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns, that align to specific account objectives and key executive engagement.
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to build, test, execute email segmentation, reporting, and set-up of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaigns and their effectiveness, with a strong attention to detail and analytical focus required.
  • Create email campaigns and nurture programs.
  • Update marketing campaign workflows as changes to business requirements dictate.
  • Support marketing team in analyzing and reporting marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and provide feedback.
  • Build custom Salesforce campaigns to guide and advise campaign performance.
  • QA campaign setup and data flow from Marketo to Salesforce to ensure the integrations are activated for the right programs, and that lead and responses are routing and scoring properly across our tech stack.
