Position Summary

As a Marketing Associate, you will be pivotal in crafting and executing effective email marketing strategies that promote our products, address customer challenges, and highlight the benefits of our solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights and align marketing efforts with market and internal needs. This role is perfect for a dynamic and proactive individual eager to contribute to and learn within a collaborative marketing team.
 

Essential Functions:

  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns that effectively position our products and solutions. Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content tailored for various platforms such as blogs, newsletters, and social media to support demand generation and brand awareness efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to understand customer challenges, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and content.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Regularly meet with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to gather information on market needs and internal objectives. Translate these needs into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for email campaigns and other marketing efforts. Use data to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and message across all platforms.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and product knowledge.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, particularly in email marketing and content creation.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
