Job Description: Marketing Assistant with Operational Focus

Work schedule: 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm Indianapolis time

Scope

• Primarily email-based communication with potential for direct client interaction in the future
  
• 20 hours per week with potential for growth 
  
• Remote work with daily availability required
  
• Blend of marketing and operational tasks to support business strategy and client management
  

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated meeting notes and extract key action items and deliverables
  
• Manage and update task lists in Asana based on client meetings and project requirements
  
• Prepare daily briefings for you, including meeting summaries and to-do lists
  
• Create and format marketing proposals and 90-day ROI reports for clients
  
• Manage your calendar and prepare briefings for upcoming client meetings
  
• Assist in operational and administrative tasks to support business growth
  

Requirements

• Background in marketing with understanding of marketing terminology and concepts
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Asana
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Experience in creating professional reports and proposals
