About the RoleAs our marketing and events manager, you keep our marketing team humming by driving our most revenue-driving channels, such as campaigns and events. You will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) plans, across a variety of channels and for executing high-impact events. You will work cross-functionally both within the marketing team and other teams such as sales and customer success. You will be responsible for organizing and communicating details from beginning to end to ensure conferences go off without a hitch. 

What You'll Do

  • Drive world-class events: Events are the most important driver of new customers for Swiftly. Our presence at tradeshows and conferences brings the Swiftly magic to life and makes our brand feel exciting, tangible, and human. You’ll create thoughtful, organized experiences at tradeshows and hosted events that leave a lasting impression on our audience. You’ll manage and execute events from concept through completion and ensure everyone on our team is aligned along the way. You’ll manage internal and external attendee communication, as well as post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including emails, webinars, paid media, social media, and events, to promote our solutions and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and customer success, to ensure campaign initiatives and event details align with business goals and messaging. 
  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing and ABM campaigns and events using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Generate reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. You will proactively seek and incorporate feedback, and provide feedback productively.

About You

  • You are detail-oriented and a strong internal and external communicator
  • You are a natural ‘people person’ and enjoy collaborating with others to ensure they complete their parts of project plans 
  • You are organized and able to juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines while ensuring the same for others on the team 
  • You are a strategic thinker, eager to connect the dots between initiatives and cross-functional teams 
  • You are known for strong verbal communication, collaboration, and project management skills 
  • You thrive in a flexible, evolving environment and are open to new ideas and inspiration 
  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in planning, managing, and executing corporate events for a B2B tech company
  • Knowledge of Marketing software and tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus 
FOR U.S. CANDIDATES ONLY:In accordance with pay transparency laws: the approximate salary range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000 yearly (base salary + any variable comp). This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a multitude of non-discriminatory factors including final role leveling decisions, a candidate’s relevant work experiences/skills, and geographic location within the United States. Note: salary ranges for non-U.S. candidates may be higher or lower than the U.S. numbers above depending on location.Salary is one component of Swiftly’s total compensation package, which also includes stock options, competitive benefits, 401(k) matching, a fantastic team and culture, opportunity to have a huge impact, emphasis on professional growth and holistic wellness, and other perks.

Travel note: Swiftly employees can generally expect to travel 1–2 times a year for in-person company or team offsites. As a fully distributed company, we consider these offsites important for cultivating strong relationships across our teams! Attending these in-person is expected and encouraged, although we understand everyone has different personal circumstances and we will consider requests for exceptions. Additionally, our marketing team members can expect 3-4 additional days of travel per year for conferences and events.
