ROLE:  HubSpot Marketing Analyst 

  

MISSION:   The Hubspot Marketing Analyst will manage data-driven marketing efforts and sales operations support to maximize growth initiatives. The role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing use of the company's CRM database via HubSpot which includes both marketing and sales program management. This person will play a key role in providing insights to HealthMark leaders by extracting key metrics from various data sources and turning those into actionable insights. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:   This role requires project management, attention to detail, collaboration, excellent communication skills and an organized ability to multitask. The Marketing Analyst will have a focus on timely deliverables, analytic accuracy, process adherence, and system optimization. 

 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Own the ongoing management of HubSpot 
    • Maintain users, permission sets and property updates
    • Assist in active data mining for the top of the funnel from various lead sources.
    • Develop and maintain custom workflows in HubSpot for key activities such as lead management, internal notifications and automatic property updates
    • Help develop, manage and maintain custom HubSpot reports and dashboards
    • Implement, manage and monitor HubSpot processes including providing clear documentation on those processes for all HubSpot users
  • Collaborate with analytics team to maintain data quality and scalability for both prospect and customer data.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to provide insights into website activity including traffic trends, SEO, SEM, conversion rates and more
  • Provide actionable insights into sales performance including pipeline, revenue growth, forecasting and bookings.
  • Provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance including website, tradeshows, email marketing and Business Development team

 

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in business, marketing, digital analytics, or relevant fields
  • 2+ years’ experience in data analytics
  • 2+ years’ experience with HubSpot’s CRM 
  • HubSpot certifications in sales and marketing 
  • Google Analytics certification
