The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Market-to-Cash ERP Deployment Leader - AMERICA, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collaborating with Global HCBG stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to define a roadmap for ERP deployment and capabilities
- Leading the deployment of ERP Solutions for Market-To-Cash processes across AMERICA/LATAM countries , ensuring proper preparation phase and country readiness
- Act as the key liaison between Area functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication, change acceptance and timely delivery of ERP solutions.
- Contribute to define best practices for ERP Deployment and user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process.
- Monitor and assess the performance of ERP systems post-deployment, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing issues to optimize system functionality and user experience on an Area scale.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Five (5) years Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Proven Experience in Customer Facing and/or Sales&Marketing Projects Management
- Proven Experience for deploying ERP a private, public, government or military environment
- Ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographies
- Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to drive decisions across all levels of the organization
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in person and remote work environments
- Change management and process improvement experience
- Strong Change management , communication skills, Business and process acumen, and analytical Skills
- Prior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt and/or Project Manager

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
