The infrastructure operations manager will oversee various aspects to Infrastructure technical operations. Assesses and architects technical solutions and process workflows to effectively reach IT Infrastructure service outcomes and operational level. This position will manage engineers and analyst to drive execution and delivery of IT Infrastructure metrics and operational controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure operations function to effectively reach operational excellence.
- Manage engineers and analysts to drive execution and deliver on IT Infrastructure metrics.
- Evaluate and design technical solutions and process workflows to efficiently achieve IT infrastructure service goals and operational excellence.
- Drive implementation, execution and delivery of IT Infrastructure operational controls by enforcing security, compliance and governance policies to maintain a stable IT environment.
- Create, oversee and manage IT infrastructure metrics to optimize and enhance performance levels.
- Lead and maintains a secure and high-performing IT environment to support business operations.
Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years’ experience building and supporting large-scale, business critical systems.
- Cloud computing experience operating large cloud based environments for production applications preferred, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or other large scale cloud deployment.
- Knowledge of Data Center networks, routing, firewalls and site to site connectivity.
The estimated salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $200,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
