Summary:
The Managing Director, CAO for the National Deposits Group (NDG), responsibilities include Head of Strategy, Risk, Project Management and Business Analysis (business & financial) will drive the NDG in the development and execution of a targeted strategic business, risk and financial strategy to drive the deposit and treasury management growth strategy.
This Managing Director role for National Deposits is responsible for contributing to the strategic development and delivery of products and services, financial plans, risk management and mitigation and ongoing business analysis and through this role. The expectation is for this person to be a strategic leader with a unique collection of skills including strategic planning, PMO support, risk management programs, financial planning and analysis and organizational awareness to drive success within the verticals housed within the National Deposits group. These include homeowner associations, property managers, HOA intermediaries, qualified intermediaries including 1031 exchange firms, attorney banking, escrow servicing, title companies, project finance and M&A.

Major Areas of Accountability:
Strategic Execution: Develop a high-impact, results oriented business, risk and financial strategy and roadmap that leads to the initiation of sustainable and deep relationships with homeowner associations, property managers, qualified intermediaries including 1031 exchange firms, title companies and agents, investment banks, private equity firms, top law firms, venture capital firms and others in need of best-in-class escrow and treasury management products and services.
Sales & Marketing – Contribute to the development of the go-to-market-strategy and playbook to drive new customer and deposit generation. Maintain knowledge of banking products and services, and the industry and market areas served. Keep abreast of current developments (inside/outside Huntington) and market trends, including the development of technology and other service delivery vehicles, to further advance our competitive advantage and service the customers' needs.
Optimal Customer Relationship - Identify opportunities to actively cross-sell all banking products and services as appropriate. Presents and participates in creative solutions to meet customers' needs. Manages customer and prospect relationships, referring sales partners or other associates as appropriate to carry sales relationships to completion.
Process & Policy Creation: Work across the bank to create and continue to refine well-documented, repeatable and scalable processes and procedures that drive certainty of execution and customer experience while keeping the bank safe and compliant with all banking regulations and state laws.
