As the Manager, TV, Video, Audio & Display you will: 

  • Client Management & Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, guiding advertising strategies to drive client growth. Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through strategic insights.

  • Campaign Performance Analysis & Storytelling: Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends, and craft compelling narratives that highlight performance, successes, and areas for optimization, ensuring clients understand the impact and value of their media investments.

  • Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee the onboarding and transition of clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met from day one.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of strategists and Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.

  • Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Align strategies with clients' financial goals, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Introduce innovative strategies based on industry trends and maintain an in-depth understanding of the advertising landscape, focusing on TV, streaming, audio, and display media. Position the company as a leader by staying ahead of trends, regulations, and market shifts.

Professional Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in TV, Video, Audio & Display with a proven track record of managing and developing strategy for successful campaigns.

  • Management experience preferred

  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Suite, Tableau)

  • Competence with principles of marketing data analysis, including A/B testing, incrementality, statistical significance a plus 

  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

The hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 


Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
