Manager, Travel Services
Remote - TN

Job Responsibilities:
- Leads a customer-focused environment where improving the customer experience is central to thinking, discussions and decisions.
- Provides departmental new hire orientation and supervises and trains Travel Service staff.
- Maintains courteous and cooperative working relationships with all levels of management and employees, patients, third parties, and the general public
- Assist the appropriate departments to ensure the travel needs of the patients and families are met according to Hospital policy.
- Maintains knowledge regarding various computer systems used by the Travel Service Team.
- Works with Information Sciences and outside vendors to identify and develop enhancements to systems and processes.
- Assists the Travel Service Director with projects and other items as needed.
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- Ten (10) years in a full-service corporate travel environment, including two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Experience with Sabre reservation system preferred.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Prior Power BI experience a plus.
- Travel Risk Management experience preferred.
- (NL) Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) preferred(CCTE) Certified Corporate Travel Executive (CCTE) preferred(GTP) Global Travel Professional preferred
- Please note: The Manager, Travel Services may take calls in the evenings / weekends / holidays as needed.
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $70,720 - $126,880 per year for the role of Manager, Travel Services.Explore our exceptional benefits!
