Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing & Intelligence, the Manager, TA Sourcing Partnerships will develop, promote, maintain and manage external partnerships in order to attract, source, and engage top talent in key talent segments. This role will work closely with each LOB delivery team to understand talent acquisition needs and recommend external partnerships to drive talent results. The incumbent will also ensure the effective and efficient execution of all program and partnership components, including ensuring change management & communications are in place for any enhancements / changes and mitigating risk to BMO.
Accountabilities:
Develops and promotes a Talent Acquisition Sourcing partnerships and vendor management program, including but not limited to external partnerships in the DEI space and those that support acquisition of specific skills and talent to support LOB needs.
Assists in the development of strategic plans, partnering with delivery teams and making recommendations on external partnerships based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
Reviews the vendor management program/processes for effectiveness, considers industry trends and recommends enhancements; makes changes as required.
Participates in strategic talent sourcing initiatives as a subject matter expert for an aspect(s) of vendor arrangement or business process.
Manages and administers supplier/service provider contracts in accordance with the Bank’s Outsourcing Model, ensuring the execution of all program components and product(s)/service(s) are delivered according to the contractual service level agreement (SLA), technical service agreement (TSA) or business partner agreement (BPA), in compliance with standards.
May oversee supplier and service provider invoice/ billing activities to monitor cost expectations and resolve billing and payment issues.
Monitors and tracks supplier performance and addresses any issues.
Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service for routine & non-routine transactions related to the program execution.
Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide program insights and recommendations.
Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
Qualifications:
5 - 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Ideally: previous knowledge and experience in managing external partnerships / vendors.
Experience with Project Management is an asset.
Experience working with Excel.
Experience working with Power BI is an asset.

Salary:
$68,000.00 - $126,000.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
