Who are you?
Personify Health is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Manager,Talent Acquisition to develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This is a great opportunity to help build a best-in-class TA function and be a part of a dynamic People team. This is a player-coach, high-impact role that requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with the ability to execute all aspects of the recruitment process while guiding the broader strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading & developing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across all functions in high growth & high bar environments. This role will be responsible for reimagining creative strategies that maximize sourcing capabilities through recruitment marketing, ensuring the best and right hires join while also leading operational aspects including ATS optimization and streamlining TA process.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders within the organization to define talent requirements and develop sourcing strategy to execute on business needs.
- Fully leverage the use of the ATS and other recruitment platforms and tools
- Balance strategic and systems thinking with operational implementation and execution
- Evaluate key metrics and data to assess operational and service opportunities and create predictive models, such as candidate success
- Drive an effective employer branding strategy throughout the candidate life cycle.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conceptualize recruiting dashboards and create the capability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations, using reporting and metrics to track and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
- Partner with Total Rewards team to support competitive compensation for attracting talent.
- Involvement in talent mapping as part of career development and internal mobility
- Be a leader in the development of new employee on-boarding programs, including managing the process for delivery of training to new hires.

Qualifications
What you bring to the Personify Health team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

- Minimum five (5) years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, in fast-paced, complex environments, preferably global.
- Minimum two (2) years of functional leadership roles.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a high-volume staffing environment and experience in healthcare or HPA industry.
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equal combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Advanced knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Experienced with recruiting strategy to support high volume recruiting.
- Vendor negotiation and management of agreements and SOW process.
- Fundamental knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Proven ability to source and hire top talent.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 15% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
