Team Leadership and Development
- Build and lead a high-performing team of strategy and operation leads
- Focus on talent development and mentorship to support business growth
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team
Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, Executive Initiatives
- Spearhead annual strategic planning processes across all departments
- Design and implement company-wide processes for tracking priorities, goals, and results
