Let’s talk about the role:

As a Solutions Marketing Manager at ResMed, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in sleep, respiratory, and digital health. With a deep understanding of our customer and industry needs, you’ll execute GTM launch and lifecycle marketing strategies for our digital health solutions, drive content development, and deliver sales enablement programs. You’ll conduct market segmentation and define marketing requirements to lead the strategic planning, messaging, and execution of our portfolio marketing initiatives that address the core challenges providers are trying to solve – improving the sleep and breathing health of their patients. Responsibilities

  • Acquire deep knowledge of our customers' challenges, industry, and use cases, and communicate the benefits and value proposition of our digital health solutions clearly and compellingly. 
  • Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics while considering unique customer segmentation approaches.
  • Lead the creation of compelling NPI marketing activities to unlock digital health activation in collaboration with integrated marketing and consumer marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our digital health products and services.
  • Drive the digital health sales enablement strategy and execution, ensuring launch readiness and success.
  • Establish key performance indicators for our digital health portfolio and relentlessly measure against performance and success, adjusting marketing strategy as necessary
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create compelling content, marketing collateral, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget for digital health portfolio and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital healthcare and digital marketing best practices.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.


Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media ad platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare or digital health marketing is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

Total Base Pay Range

113,000.00 - 141,000.00 - 169,000.00 USD Annual
