We’re looking for a Manager of SEO Solutions to play a key role in executing and refining our SEO program. Reporting to the Director of SEOSolutions, this role will work closely with a team of content strategy specialists to deliver actionable, data-driven SEO recommendations that help independent creators compete with large publishing competitors. Our team provides real-world strategies and tools that enable creators to strengthen their search presence, grow their audiences, and increase revenue.
This role is essential to Raptive’s mission of advocating for and protecting creators’ interests—helping them navigate an evolving search landscape while staying ahead of industry shifts. The Manager of SEO Solutions will work hands-on with independent creators, drive execution across the team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale SEO solutions across our network.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work directly with Raptive’s creators of all sizes, providing clear, actionable SEO recommendations to drive organic traffic growth.
- Support and implement SEO strategies that scale across Raptive’s network, focusing on high-impact initiatives for our largest publishers.
- Optimize team workflows to improve efficiency and consistency in delivering SEO insights and recommendations.
- Coach and mentor colleagues, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture and providing ongoing feedback.
- Partner with the VP and Directors of SEO Solutions to execute Raptive’s SEO roadmap, ensuring measurable improvements in creator success.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and customer success teams to integrate SEO best practices into broader creator support initiatives.
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- Strong SEO expertise, particularly in content-driven SEO for digital creators and independent publishers.
- Direct experience working with content creators and an understanding of their SEO challenges.
- Experience managing or coaching content-focused teams in SEO or digital publishing.
- Ability to execute and scale SEO workflows, ensuring efficiency in delivering insights to creators.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex SEO concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret SEO data, extract key insights, and drive decisions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity situations and adapting to changes in search algorithms and industry trends.
- 3-5 years of SEO experience in the digital publishing industry, with a focus on content-driven strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive impact for digital creators.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment or high-growth company.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
