What You'll Do:
- Define, drive, and track global sales programs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals
- Support Territory Management
- Partner closely with partners to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies.Ā
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed
- Collaborate with segment Sales leaders to develop and maintain territories and organizational design
- Develop key relationships and partner with internal stakeholders
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
What You Will Bring To Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience in related Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management or similar role supporting a regional or global organizations
- Experience in strategy, analytics, refining and implementing processes, and sales program design and execution
- Analytical communication ability
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
- Comfortable working in a continuously expanding program or line of business
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required)
- MBA preferred
