Manager Recruitment Marketing- Remote or Hybrid - United States

You know how to drive a compelling brand. You know how to engage people and social anything is your thing. You also don’t mind some operations work needed to support the platforms. From employment branding and recruitment marketing to candidate engagement, you will own it for Staples US Retail across corporate, stores, print facilities, and distribution centers.

You are a master of creating high-impact demand generation programs to grow a talent network, and as our Recruitment Marketing Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will drive compelling and impactful recruitment marketing strategies. And data? You love it and use it to learn, adapt, and shift direction as needed. This is a flexible remote or hybrid role (hybrid is a mix of days in the Framingham, MA office and remote). Target salary range is $100-$115k with a15% bonus. 

Design, influence, and deliver the recruitment marketing strategy.

  • Lead the vision to ensure the Staples US Retail candidate experience is top notch.
  • Drive change in our recruiting processes through identifying new ways to market to candidates.
  • Manage the Career site via Oracle CMS and manage/maintain the Oracle CRM database.
  • Manage job boards and candidate engagement platforms with our vendors - Indeed, LinkedIn, Snagajob, Appcast and others.
  • Manage other third party vendors for marketing and advertising support such as Hello Bar, Broadbean, Twilio and The Muse.
  • Build effective marketing strategies for various needs across the business, being able to recommend a campaign plan to convert the best ROI.
