What this position entails

IntelliScript’s Information Technology team has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. In this role, you will be responsible for defining our overall quality roadmap, with an emphasis on transitioning from manual to automated testing. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for more immediate process improvements that can enhance our testing efficiency and effectiveness. 

Your role will entail mentoring and coaching of our quality assurance engineers, and collaboration across the practice. You will work closely with the development, product, and operations teams to ensure that our quality objectives are aligned with our business goals and customer expectations. You will also be expected to define and implement quality metrics, standards, and best practices, and monitor and report on the quality performance and issues. Our ideal candidate has the ability to see the bigger picture and be hands-on as needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Act in a player/coach capacity to lead the collaborative effort of developing and implementing IntelliScript’s strategic quality and automation roadmap
• Mentor and support teams implementing test automation, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• Manage one or more automation engineers while facilitating collaboration across our quality assurance engineers embedded in scrum teams.
