What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead and mentor a group of Quality Analysts who develop and execute test cases and scenarios in order to ensure the quality of our software releases.

  • Assist in developing and implementing a strategy to move our test practice to an “automation first” approach. 

  • Work collaboratively with other quality managers, product owners, and developers.

  • Provide ideas and extend our test frameworks as needed and develop new testing tools.

  • Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting methods are effective, efficient, standardized, coordinated, and integrated.

  • Assist in designing test strategies, developing test tools, and implementing test cases to ensure the highest quality deliverable.

What You’ll Need: 

  • 8+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications in the software development industry.

  • Experience with managing and mentoring Quality Analysts and Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs).

  • Experience with code deployments and version control systems.

  • Able to multi-task, triage issues, react well to changes, work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance; detail orientation is a must.

  • Must be able to work with teams across different time zones.

  • Experience with creating test automation, preferably using Playwright and Selenium. Previous experience with C# and TypeScript are also desired.

  • Experience with Continuous Integration and familiarity with Continuous Deployment tools such as Bamboo, GitLabs.

  • Experience managing in a remote environment is strongly preferred.

Education:

BS in Computer Science or related engineering field preferred. Strong relevant work experience in building QA teams will be considered as well.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $103,400 USD - $138,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits. Apply
